Without knowing the WHY, you can become distracted by every new social media site and every shiny new digital marketing gadget that comes along.<\/p>\n<p>The world (especially the internet) is full of bright and shiny objects that can pull your attention in multiple directions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Should You Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a blog?<\/li>\n<li>a podcast?<\/li>\n<li>an email newsletter?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Should You Be On:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Twitter?<\/li>\n<li>Facebook?<\/li>\n<li>Pinterest?<\/li>\n<li>Instagram?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The answers to these questions become clear once you are clear and focused about the core desires and objectives you want to build from. You have to be clear about the \u201cWHAT\u201d before you can be clear about the \u201cWHY\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>You cannot be all things to all people and everyone is not your customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Has asking questions helped your business?
