Using tools to tame your email is the only way to go.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sidekick by Hubspot <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The key thing I use Sidekick (formerly known as Signals) for is it allows me to see when someone has opened an email. Stop wondering if your prospective client received the email. You will be able to see\u00a0if they opened the email. Great for knowing when to follow up!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other notes about Sidekick:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail (works in Chrome, but not Firefox)<\/li>\n<li>Free version that allows you 200 open notifications\/month and a premium version ($10\/mo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Rightinbox<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The other email tool I use is called \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rightinbox.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rightinbox<\/a>\u201d. Because I am a \u201cnight owl\u201d and frequently work odd hours, I was looking around for something that would allow me to schedule emails to send the next day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nifty things Rightinbox:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work\u00a0at\u00a02 am and schedule the email to send at 8AM (no more people wondering why your were awake at 2AM).<\/li>\n<li>Set up recurring emails. This is a great\u00a0to remind people of reoccurring tasks, like their monthly <a title=\"Subscribe to Rocks Digital RSS Feeds\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rocksdigital.com\/rocks-digital-contributing-authors\/rocks-digital-rss-feed\/\">guest blog on Rocks Digital<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up reminders.
