Sharing accomplishments is an effective way to share with others the tools that you have used to reach those accomplishments.\u00a0 It also allows them to see the path you took, and how they can shorten their road to success.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"callout\">Brainstorm<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sales meetings are a <a href=\"https:\/\/smallbusiness.chron.com\/sales-brainstorming-ideas-35709.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">great way to brainstorm<\/a>\u00a0the upcoming week&#8217;s activities and goals. Discussion topics include what are the sales numbers you would like to reach this week, what resources do you need to make it happen, who do you need to help reach that goal, and when will you reach the sales goal?\u00a0 Brainstorming is a great way to share information that can help everyone have a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rocksdigital.com\/setting-up-for-sales-success\/\">successful week<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"callout\">Learning and Training<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sales meetings are a great way to share what the market is doing and any changes in the market that everyone needs to be aware of. It&#8217;s also a good forum for new products that may be available and updates to existing products. Finally, meetings are for providing <a href=\"https:\/\/gtmnow.com\/12-tips-on-managing-a-high-performing-sales-team\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">training or retraining on skills<\/a> and services that can help your sales team become more effective.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"callout\">Updates<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A sales meeting is a great time to share anything that may be happening at the company that everyone should be aware of. This can include the state of the business, or it may include something fun and exciting like upcoming birthdays, weddings, or the pending birth of a child.\u00a0 Even though not all of you work in the same office, sales meetings allow for the creation of a team atmosphere and culture.\u00a0 They are also a great way for the members of your staff to get to know one another as people, not simply
