Erin Smith started her entrepreneurial journey more than 13 years ago when she started investing in real estate across the country. Since then, she has started several other businesses, in various industries, and sold them.

After being told time and time again by others they would like to start a business, but just didn’t know how, she launched The Starters Club. It’s a place to learn business fundamentals, content creation and social media marketing strategies. Erin is also a podcast host, speaker, mother of two and best-selling author.

Gary Leland To Share His Podcasting Knowledge at Rocks Digital 2016

In 1979, Gary started his first brick-and-mortar retail store, then in 1996 launched his first e-commerce site. He produced his first podcast in 2004 and in 2006 Time Magazine included one of his websites as one their “50 Coolest Websites” of the year.

Gary will be inducted into the Podcast Hall of Fame in July and is a co-founder of the world’s largest podcasting conference, the Podcast Movement. Today, Gary spends most of his time running his large network of websites, podcasts and blogs.

Caz Gaddis Talks Personal Branding on Podcasting Panel at Rocks Digital 2016

Caz Gaddis helps creatives and entrepreneurs to “craft their real self into their ideal self” through purposeful, personal brand storytelling strategy and breakthrough coaching. She launched SelfCrafted Media, LLC to serve people who are totally into crafting their purpose. Caz gives them tools and and shows perspectives which will help guide their multi-pronged, passionate goals, while aligning both their personal and professional brands. She’s also the founder and host of “I am SelfCrafted: A Personal Branding Podcast,” where social media marketing meet self-actualization.

Before launching her own brand, she was part of a global team that worked for a well-known international brand, that struggled to keep track of their digital presence and foster positive relationships with their consumers around the world. The team’s insights and recommendations gave the client awareness and an actionable strategy for two dozen projects and regions!

She earned her Bachelor’s of Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2009 and will graduate this fall with a Masters in Social Media Marketing from the University of Florida. Since 2010, she has helped to produce several music videos, shorts, a TV show and a feature film alongside her husband, Les Gaddis.

When she’s not helping creatives, coaches, speakers and entrepreneurs craft purposeful, personal brands, you can find her on a film set, recording a podcast episode, completing graduate coursework, working out at her local CrossFit box or hanging out with her husband and their six rescue fur-babies.

Mitch Todd Wrangles Content Breakouts as Emcee and Moderates Podcasting Panel

Mitch Todd is the creator and host of The Sci-Fi Maker Show: a podcast for science fiction filmmakers. He is also a co-founder and co-organizer of Podcast Movement, the world’s largest podcasting conference.

As an online media marketer, he works with entrepreneurs and small businesses to leverage their social media and online properties to improve their reach, target their marketing messages, and increase sales.

Mitch is also an occasional voice talent for podcasts and has been interviewed on the world’s largest sports talk radio station about chocolate.

Mitch brings communities together using social media, websites, podcasts, online videos and local interest groups such as Meetups. He believes face-to-face communities are often neglected as a marketing channel in today’s online-centric world.

Mitch was born and raised in Tulsa and received his MBA in Marketing from the University of Tulsa.
